Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bullion Wale (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use the Bullion Wale website and the Bullion Wale mobile app (Android com.bullionwale.trade, and our iOS app). By using the app you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account & contact details — your name, phone number and email address, when you register or place an order or booking.
- Transaction & order information — details of the gold and silver buy, sell and booking requests you make, and your order history. Where payments are processed, card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
- KYC information — where required for a transaction or by law, the identity details and documents you choose to provide, including the optional selfie used for face verification.
- Bank details — the account information you save so we can settle payouts and deposits.
- Usage & device data — app interactions, rate views, device model, operating-system version and diagnostic or crash information, used to operate and improve the app.
The app is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the core features — live 999 gold and silver rates, the calculator, and buy, sell and booking requests.
- To process and fulfil your orders, bookings and any physical delivery.
- To meet legal, tax, KYC and anti-fraud obligations relating to bullion transactions.
- To secure the app, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems.
- To send transactional and service messages and respond to your requests.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With payment processors, logistics and delivery partners, and KYC or compliance providers, as needed to complete your transactions.
- With service providers that host our infrastructure, deliver notifications and provide analytics and crash reporting, under confidentiality obligations.
- Where required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
4. Data security & retention
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to KYC and bank details is restricted to staff who need it. Transaction and KYC records are retained for as long as required to provide the service and to meet financial and legal retention obligations; other personal data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
5. Your rights, and how to delete your account
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we are legally required to retain for completed transactions.
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app. Open Profile → Delete Account → Delete my account, and confirm with your current password. Deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out on every device, your saved app PIN and remembered devices are revoked, and you will not be able to sign in again.
What deleting your account removes:
- Your name, firm name and city.
- Your email address and phone number.
- Your GST number.
- Your password, app PIN and every remembered device.
What we keep, and so is deliberately not removed:
- Your order history and trade contracts.
- Your KYC file and the identity documents uploaded with it.
These are the business and compliance records for completed transactions. We keep them for as long as our record-keeping obligations require. They are no longer linked to a login you can use.
If you would rather we handled the deletion for you, email accounts@bullionwale.com from your registered address. We aim to confirm within 7 days and to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services to function, including cloud hosting, notification delivery, payment processing and crash and diagnostics reporting. Each processes data under its own privacy terms. Live metal rates are sourced from market data providers; we do not share your personal data with them.
7. Rates and market data
Rates shown in the app are indicative and are derived from Indian bullion market benchmarks. Bullion Wale is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any commodity exchange. The final price for any transaction is the one confirmed at the time of booking. Nothing in the app is investment advice.
8. Analytics on our website and apps
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and screens are visited, and Microsoft Clarity to record how pages are used (taps, scrolls and usage patterns) so we can improve them. These set cookies or similar identifiers. In our Android and iOS apps we use Firebase Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for the same purpose.
On this website these start automatically when a page loads. In our Android and iOS apps they stay switched off until you accept them in the app. Every part of the service — viewing rates, registering, signing in, placing orders, completing KYC and signing — works exactly the same either way.
We send only coarse, non-identifying information: the platform, whether the page was a customer or staff page, an allow-listed screen name, the metal category, whether an action was a buy or a sell, and a broad success or failure category. We never send your name, phone number, email address, identity document numbers, PAN, bank, UPI or KYC details, passwords, OTPs, access tokens, signatures, agreement contents, order or customer identifiers, amounts, holdings, or the text of any error message.
Screens that can display personal, account, order, KYC, bank or financial information are masked in session recordings before anything leaves your device, and on our apps recording is suspended entirely while you are on those screens. Analytics data is used for product improvement only — it is not sold, and it is not used for advertising or ad personalisation.
The admin console is never recorded at all, and any page that can show personal, account, order, KYC or bank information is recorded with all on-screen text masked. You can stop both services in your browser at any time using its cookie and site-data controls, or a tracker-blocking extension.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
